Kennedy is in first grade this year and the school socialite! She is friends with EVERYONE! When I go down to the school to pick her up it takes us forever to leave because she is hugging, complimenting, chatting, waving and smiling at everyone she sees. She even knows their parents by name! Bye, Jacob... Bye, Heidi! She is a very sweet girl and has always had such a beautiful spirit. She is a peacemaker and has a genuine love for all. Kennedy continually thanks us for everything we do. She tells her dad often how thankful she is that he built her such a strong nice house. Also including a reminder that he will be building her a home for FREE when she gets married! She thanks me for food I cook and tells me it is delicious even when it's not! She likes when I tell her about when I was pregnant with her and as a baby. I tell her how she is the only one that didn't make me really sick when she was in my tummy. When I went to the hospital to have her it was very calm and easy. The doctors were amazed that I was in little pain being 8 cm dilated. She was an angel baby. She never cried and always ate and slept very well. She has always been very special to us! I love you to the moon, and she loves me to the beach...
Every time I asked Kennedy to smile so I could take a picture, I got one of these faces! Can you tell she was bursting with excitement! Silly Girl!
For Kennedy's Birthday we threw her a back yard pizza party! We set up a water slide and turned a hose on the trampoline. So simple, and the kids had a blast! Kennedy doing her best to hit the pinata!
Deedee got lots of very appreciated gifts. New Barbie toys, craft supplies, makeup and of course a BB gun from uncle Harold that was quickly confiscated! Sorry, Deedee... MAYBE next year!
